Xavaxians are a prestigious species hailing from the Outer-Rim. They are considered respectable people, strikingly elegant with pallid skin. On the surface, Xavaxians are the quintessential embodiment of gallantry and etiquette, but the LovAnaverse is rife with rumours of a dark secret that has cursed their kind for eternity.

The Xavaxian race endured a violent birth in the Faewarian Age of Enlightenment, born of shadow amidst the corruption of Faewarian kind. Those who fell to the will of Xavax would undergo a metamorphosis into a darker being, a genetically mutated Faewarian with a violent lust for blood.

The significance of blood to the Xavaxian would both empower and destroy them, a discipline they would need to develop throughout the ages in order to survive. Alas, the monstrosity deep in their nature proved formidable in the war that would forever change the course of the mystical worlds of Luux.

The Xavaxian War on Faewar ended with the departure of Xavaxian kind to their new homeworld of Xavaxia, the Luux Systems black star, in which they were destined for. From there, they would build their own society. Marked by an excellence of architecture and art that would take them through the Gothic era, to the Romantic era, to the modern age.

Xavaxians are prevalent within mainstream society, on the Syndicate worlds of the Inner Realm. They can often be found in prevalent positions, with much success. They thrive in positions of authority and are often mysterious, with abilities of deception and manipulation to their advantage.

There have been many great Xavaxian artists in the Celestial Standard, heralded for their dark masterpieces, with impeccable finesse and superior eye for detail. Xavaxian artists of all walks are known for their extreme skill and hunger for perfection. They are naturally advantaged by their long life spans, with many Xavaxians dedicating hundreds of years to their craft, an opportunity most simply do not get.

Xavaxia is the only world charted in the Luux System on the Celestial Standard Starmap. As the systems furthest star, it protects the ‘Old Worlds’ from the Celestial Democracy, concealing their locations and preserving the sacred ways of Luux. Xavaxians are therefore the only species in the Luux System that deal in diplomacy with the corrupt galactic regime.
