THE MAJESTIC SKY FOLK OF LUUX
Ganjunians are a majestic race of avian hybrids, most commonly depicted as having a physique similar to that of a Faewarian, with the head and wings of a giant bird. They are native to the sky world of Ganjune, in the Outer-Rim’s Luux System, and are said to have descended from air titans who carved the world in ancient times. Ganjunians possess a strong affinity for all life on Ganjune, maintaining order on their world, overseeing the balance of their ecosystem.
Ganjunians live within the planets “Life Zone”, an exposed, thin layer of breathable atmosphere wherein creatures inhabit oasis atop plateaus on tall stony mountains emerging from the planet’s core. Over time, rocky outcrops have ripped loose from the mountains to join a growing multitude of floating islands suspended in magnetic currents. Ganjunian civilization is primitive, yet elegant, with the legendary Vayu temple among it’s finest treasures.
Vayu Faewarians have made the journey to Ganjune for a millenia, to study the ancient texts and train their abilities in Vayu magic. Affinity between Ganjunians and Faewarians has led to many offshoot communities within Ganjune’s life zone, most of whom live modest lives as Vayu monks, maintaining balance of the world through rituals of music and magic.
